DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can ask us to permanently delete your TEKRISE account and the data associated with it. Here is exactly how that works, what is removed, and what we keep.
01 How to Request Deletion
- Email us at our contact address from the address registered to your account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account".
- We verify the request matches an existing account.
- Your account and data are deleted, and we email you to confirm.
Email us from the address attached to that sign-in. If you started as a guest and never added an email address, we have no way to identify your account — but a guest account holds no name or email, and you can remove everything by deleting the app and its data from your device.
02 What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile — name, email address, and playing details.
- Your sign-in records, whether you used email and password, Google, or Apple.
- Your uploaded swing clips and your analysis history.
- Your progress data, coach connections, and any swings you had shared with a coach.
03 What We Keep
We keep operational and security records of each analysis attempt — including the email address and name on the account at the time, and the coaching text that was generated — so we can investigate abuse, diagnose failures, and resolve billing disputes. If you want these removed as well, say so in your request and we will remove them unless we are required to keep them.
- Records we are required by law to keep, such as billing and tax history.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer identify you.
Full original recordings never leave your device in the first place, so those are deleted on your phone — deleting your account does not remove them for you.
04 Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days, and email you once it is complete. If you have not heard back, reply to your original message or contact us again — it is better to chase us than to assume it went through.
05 Contact
To start a deletion request, or to ask anything about it, email us. For the full picture of what we collect and how long we hold it, see our Privacy Policy.
